Strand Hanson advises Harwood Private Equity LLP and the Irwell Holdco Group on their c.£64 million acquisition of Frenkel Topping Group plc
Strand Hanson was pleased to act as financial adviser to Harwood Private Equity and the Irwell Holdco Group on their successful c.£64 million recommended acquisition of Frenkel Topping Group plc by Irwell Financial Services Bidco Limited which was implemented by means of a Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement.
Having advised Harwood Private Equity over many years, we were delighted to support our long-standing client on this transaction. The acquisition featured a complex consideration structure to provide maximum optionality, including a cash offer, contingent value rights and a rollover alternative, alongside a detailed regulatory process to secure the requisite FCA approvals.
